As a Registered Psychologist, I bring 3+ years of professional experience in trauma-focused care, grounded in evidence-based practice. I hold a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Clinical Psychology and have worked across diverse clinical and global health settings, supporting adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

My work is guided by a trauma-focused lens, recognising the profound impact that life experiences can have on emotional wellbeing, relationships, and daily functioning. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel understood and empowered in their healing journey. I provide an LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive environment.

I primarily practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring interventions to meet each individual’s unique needs. My treatment plans are structured, personalised, and practical. In addition to individual therapy, I provide psychoeducation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when needed to support comprehensive care.
