Meet Moana

Moana is a Clinical Psychologist who offers culturally attuned, evidence-based support to individuals and families navigating life’s challenges. With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and more than two decades of experience across hospitals, schools, universities, regional communities, and private practice, Moana offers a grounded and collaborative approach to therapy.

Moana uses a warm, strengths-based style and creates a respectful, non-judgemental space for healing and growth.

She works with individuals experiencing anxiety,

depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, school and

work-related stress, and life transitions. Moana tailors each therapeutic journey using a

variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy,

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Dialectical

Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused and narrative therapies. Her practice

is guided by compassion, clinical expertise, and a deep belief in her clients’ ability to

create positive change in their lives.
