About Nicole

Nicole is a Provisional Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing evidence-based therapy tailored to each person's unique goals, strengths, and life experiences. Nicole has over 3 years experience supporting clients across a broad range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and postnatal anxiety and depression. She also supports those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and those with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), providing neurodiversity-affirming therapy that is practical and responsive to each person's individual needs. She welcomes clients from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities and provides an LQBTQ+ friendly environment as well.

Nicole draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), integrating these approaches to create personalised treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practice. She brings warmth, authenticity, and flexibility to her work, recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Nicole values building genuine therapeutic relationships and works collaboratively with clients to create a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to work towards meaningful change.

Nicole believes that therapy is about more than overcoming challenges — it is also about recognising personal strengths, fostering resilience, and helping people build rich, meaningful lives that align with their values.
