Meet Sophie, Your Psychologist

Sophie supports adults and teens with mental health, embracing neurodiversity and diverse backgrounds.

Sophie has a particular interest in working with adults and adolescents experiencing acute or chronic mental health concerns. She is passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, those of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, providing a culturally safe environment in her sessions.

Sophie is a registered psychologist with experience working across community, correctional, and private practice settings, supporting a diverse range of clients across the lifespan. She is dedicated to providing supportive, safe, grounded, and holistic care to her clients. Sophie’s practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and she tailors each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual.
